Suitable for on-site boring and reaming of straight holes in steel, copper, and stainless steel. Ideal for linear bores, step holes, grooves, chamfers, and end faces. Modular design allows for horizontal and vertical installation. The boring bar is made of alloy steel with surface hardening and chrome plating for high strength and wear resistance. The spindle box worm wheel is made of KK copper for excellent rigidity and durability. High-precision, reliable actuators provide stability, durability, and dynamic response. Features lightweight, high rigidity, compact structure, and stepless speed adjustment with constant torque. High cutting force with rough cutting depth up to 3mm and finishing surface roughness of Ra1.6.
